Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a contract-based position. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and account directors to ensure client satisfaction and effective management of accounts. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to delivering results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee internal accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.<br>• Collaborate with account directors to align strategies and optimize service delivery.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.<br>• Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions.<br>• Demonstrate understanding of medical device account management to meet industry-specific requirements.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve communication and streamline processes.<br>• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.<br>• Utilize light MLR knowledge to support account-related activities.<br>• Identify opportunities for growth and propose strategies to enhance account success.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in account management or a related field.<br>• Proven expertise in managing accounts within the medical device industry.<br>• Strong understanding of B2B sales and inside sales processes.<br>• Ability to handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and teams.<br>• Familiarity with MLR processes and their application in account management.<br>• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.<br>• Remote work experience and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.
