<p>We are looking for an <strong><u>experienced (3+ yrs) Commercial Litigation Paralegal </u></strong>to join our team in New York, New York. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex legal cases and support high-profile litigation matters. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial litigation and have a strong understanding of both federal and state legal procedures.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assist attorneys with <strong>all aspects of commercial litigation</strong>, including breach of contract, securities fraud, and trademark disputes.</p><p>• Handle e-discovery processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of electronic records.</p><p>• Prepare and submit e-filings for federal and state courts in compliance with procedural requirements.</p><p>• Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.</p><p>• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Organize case files and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the litigation process.</p><p>• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and external parties to gather necessary information and materials.</p><p>• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of court documents.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling and correspondence management.</p>

<p>• A minimum of <strong>3 years of experience</strong> as a Paralegal,<strong> preferably in commercial litigation.</strong></p><p>• Proficiency in e-discovery and e-filing processes for federal and state courts.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of legal procedures related to breach of contract, securities fraud, and trademark law.</p><p>• Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw.</p><p>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for document preparation and editing.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.</p><p>• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.<strong></strong></p>
