We are looking for a skilled Database Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support critical data management and optimization efforts for a communications-focused organization. Based in New York, New York, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse data systems and contribute to improving their structure and usability.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist in consolidating and transitioning multiple billing systems into a unified platform.<br>• Evaluate and enhance data structures to ensure accuracy and reliability across various business units.<br>• Perform hands-on tasks to merge data, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective solutions.<br>• Analyze processes critically to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows.<br>• Create detailed documentation to maintain clarity and alignment with project stakeholders.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and management.<br>• Maintain and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.<br>• Utilize SQL tools to create, manage, and query database objects efficiently.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL queries, and database objects.<br>• Strong experience in data management, data warehousing, and relational database systems.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently solve complex problems.<br>• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with remote cross-functional teams.<br>• Solid analytical skills to assess data integrity and structure.<br>• Effective communication skills to document processes and liaise with stakeholders.<br>• Background in data analysis with a focus on improving usability and reliability.
