Digital Marketing Manager
<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, deep digital expertise, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results across channels.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, overseeing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid media), and managing budgets to maximize ROI. The Director will leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to improve performance, mentor a growing team, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel growth.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.</li><li>7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven success developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.</li><li>Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency across channels.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience managing external agencies and vendors.</li><li>Strong background in performance marketing and campaign optimization.</li><li>Creative and data-driven approach to marketing innovation.</li></ul><p><br></p>
