<p><strong>Full Stack Developer (Java/Spring Boot) - Remote</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Fully Remote (East Coast Hours)</p><p><strong>Client Location:</strong> Connecticut</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Contract-to-Hire</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week, Monday-Friday</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Hourly Equivalent of $90,000-$100,000 annually (depending on experience)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team supporting business-critical applications and integrations. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position after approximately six months, depending on business needs and performance.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong Java development experience and a background supporting web applications that interact with ERP systems, business processes, and enterprise integrations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, enhance, and support full stack web applications</li><li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services</li><li>Develop scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot</li><li>Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries and database processes</li><li>Support and maintain applications that integrate with ERP and other business systems</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support</li><li>Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD and automated build processes using Maven and related development tools</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of professional software development experience</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>Java</strong></li><li>Experience developing applications using <strong>Spring Boot</strong></li><li>Experience building and consuming <strong>REST APIs</strong></li><li>Strong <strong>SQL</strong> and relational database experience</li><li>Experience with <strong>Maven</strong> and modern software development practices</li><li>Experience developing or supporting enterprise web applications</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile environments</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting applications that integrate with ERP, MRP, or other enterprise business systems</li><li>Familiarity with business processes such as inventory management, order processing, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, or distribution</li><li>Experience with e-commerce platforms or order management applications</li><li>Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Linux environments</li><li>Experience with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue</li><li>Experience working on application integrations and data exchange projects</li></ul><p><br></p>
