<p>This is a third shift position. Hours are 11PM - 7AM</p><p><br></p><p>The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the operation of Client Server platforms (i.e. central console, on-line terminals, etc.)</p><p>Essential Generic Job Functions (List in order of importance):</p><p>• Identifies, analyzes, and solves technical problems to ensure optimal performance.</p><p>• Hands on within the data center doing cabling and rack and stack</p><p>• Responds to customer problems and complaints.</p><p>• Assesses performance and makes recommendations for change based on company needs and goals.</p><p>• Designs monitoring tools to detect and report on system performance.</p><p>• Troubleshoots and provides support to users.</p><p>• Maintains necessary production journal and control log(s).</p><p>• Maintains operation records of machine utilization, PMs and/or equipment repairs.</p><p>• Preforms and verifies backup procedures for related solutions as per defined policies and procedures.</p><p>• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.</p><p>Lifts a minimum of 25 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 25 lbs. and stands a minimum of 2 hours a day.</p>

<p><u>Knowledge, Education and Skills Required:</u></p><p>1. Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent years of experience in a related (IT) role.</p><p>2. Two or more years of relevant Information Technology experience.</p><p>3. Possesses working knowledge of subject matter and an interest in Networking, or Systems.</p><p>4. Related technical expertise.</p><p>5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as detail oriented.</p><p>6. Strong analytical thinking skills ability to work as part of team.</p>
