Construction Project Manager
<p>A growing multi-industry organization is seeking a skilled<strong> Project Manager </strong>to oversee commercial construction projects. This role is based at our support center in Neenah, WI and involves frequent travel to site visits. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Select and manage subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.</li><li>Address project challenges, delays, or emergencies with effective problem-solving.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.</li><li>Provide clients with regular updates on project status, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Interpret and communicate technical details and contract terms clearly.</li><li>Develop and manage budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules.</li><li>Oversee construction activities from initiation to completion.</li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support project success.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.</li><li>Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel </li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p>• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the construction industry.</p><p>• Strong expertise in commercial construction and familiarity with large-scale projects.</p><p>• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.</p><p>• Knowledge of safety protocols, industry regulations, and local building codes.</p><p>• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.</p><p>• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.</p><p>• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel </p><p>• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.</p>
