<p>A <strong>Robert Half client</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong> to join their product development team. This team designs and builds innovative web and mobile software experiences that support a fast-paced, global entertainment environment serving agents, executives, artists, and business partners.</p><p>This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, mentoring others, and contributing to product direction in a collaborative, agile environment.</p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong>, you will play a leadership role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web and mobile applications along with supporting APIs and services.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Designing and developing scalable web and mobile applications</li><li>Building and maintaining robust APIs and backend services</li><li>Providing architectural input and making key technical decisions</li><li>Leading code reviews and enforcing best practices and coding standards</li><li>Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment</li><li>Engaging with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and iteratively improve products</li><li>Supporting ongoing delivery and maintenance of production applications</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of experience building production-level applications</strong></li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>JavaScript and TypeScript</strong></li><li>Deep experience with <strong>React and Redux</strong></li><li>Experience with modern testing tools such as <strong>Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or React Testing Library</strong></li><li>Strong backend experience with <strong>Node.js</strong> and frameworks such as <strong>Express or Hapi.js</strong></li><li>Experience building and maintaining <strong>RESTful APIs</strong></li><li>Required experience with <strong>C#, .NET, and ASP.NET</strong></li><li>Strong experience with <strong>React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks</strong></li><li>Experience working with both <strong>SQL and NoSQL databases</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>MongoDB and Elasticsearch</strong> preferred</li><li>Experience with <strong>Git/GitHub</strong> and collaborative development workflows</li><li>Familiarity with browser debugging tools such as <strong>Chrome DevTools</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes</strong> is a plus</li><li>Experience with <strong>React Native, Swift, or Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)</strong> is a strong plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Development Practices & Mindset:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in <strong>Agile environments</strong> with continuous delivery practices</li><li>Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>HTTP, web security, and performance optimization</strong></li><li>Passion for writing <strong>clean, maintainable, well-documented code</strong></li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Proven experience shipping and maintaining production software</li></ul>
