We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.<br>• Utilize JavaScript, Glide, and client/server-side scripting to enhance platform functionality.<br>• Manage platform administration tasks, including user roles, instance upgrades, and module configuration.<br>• Implement and maintain system integrations using APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between platforms.<br>• Create and manage service catalogs and request workflows for an intuitive user experience.<br>• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow tools.<br>• Develop dashboards and performance analytics reports to deliver actionable insights.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational processes and objectives.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while adhering to best practices.<br>• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting (client and server-side).<br>• Experience in building and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces.<br>• Familiarity with API development and integration of external systems with ServiceNow.<br>• Expertise in platform administration, including upgrades and user role management.<br>• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow automation tools.<br>• Ability to develop dashboards and generate performance analytics reports.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
