Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and build meaningful relationships with clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly.<br>• Process customer orders with precision, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering effective solutions.<br>• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.<br>• Stay informed about company products and services to assist customers effectively.<br>• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.<br>• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.<br>• Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with policies.<br>• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and tools.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Strong skills in order entry and accurate data management.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.<br>• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
