Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients through effective communication and efficient problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the top priority.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with accuracy and care.<br>• Process customer orders efficiently while ensuring all details are entered correctly.<br>• Deliver outstanding service by resolving customer issues and providing clear and concise information.<br>• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance during customer interactions.<br>• Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and long-term relationships.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall satisfaction.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support business objectives.<br>• Track and document customer interactions to ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up.<br>• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate assistance to clients.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.<br>• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.<br>• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
