Instructor/HRIS& Employee Central Implementation Trainer
<p>We are looking for an experienced Instructor/HRIS & Employee Central Implementation Trainer to join our team in Naples, Florida for a 6-month contractor position. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week!</p><p><br></p><p>In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in developing and delivering comprehensive training content for HR systems and processes. This role requires a strong background in instructional design and technical writing, along with the ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly training materials.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Design and develop e-learning modules, system walkthroughs, and job aids using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft 365 Suite.</p><p>• Facilitate one-on-one training sessions with HR workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.</p><p>• Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation in collaboration with HR subject matter experts.</p><p>• Oversee the development lifecycle of training materials, ensuring they meet organizational standards and are ready for deployment.</p><p>• Conduct role mapping analysis and align training activities with employee roles and responsibilities.</p><p>• Track and update training content as processes evolve, ensuring all materials remain accurate and relevant.</p><p>• Present weekly status updates and training deliverables to project teams and leadership.</p><p>• Coordinate the review and approval processes for training documentation and materials.</p><p>• Develop and maintain training repositories using tools like SharePoint Online.</p><p>• Perform Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare internal trainers for future training initiatives.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</p><p>• Proven experience in instructional design with expertise in creating modules and training materials.</p><p>• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.</p><p>• Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or SAP Enable.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in developing and reviewing training materials.</p><p>• Knowledge of SharePoint Online for creating and managing training repositories.</p><p>• Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central systems is preferred or other experience with different systems within HR.</p><p>• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR subject matter experts and project leads.</p>
