<p>Robert Half has a reputable client in Naples, FL that is on the lookout for an ETL/Data Migration Analyst to assist in their implementation of a new HRIS system. </p><p><br></p><p>Will be working directly with HR, HR IT teams and members of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation project team, to lead and perform data migration testing, data cleansing, data collection and population activities.</p><p><br></p><p>100% REMOTE, 6 month contract (full-time hours), with a potential to convert permanently thereafter.</p><p><br></p><p>Compensation is flexible in the $70-85/hour range depending on experience.</p>

<ul><li>Strong business acumen in the field of HR</li><li>Prior experience in SAP data structures and data migration processes (ETL)</li><li>Previous involvement in the deployment of an ERP/HRIS system (preferably experience implementing SAP HCM)</li><li>Strong analytical abilities to determine root cause of migration defects</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel & VLOOKUP</li></ul>
