Data Entry Clerk
<p>We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will support the contracts team by ensuring the accurate entry, auditing, and categorization of data. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of import/export processes while collaborating with teams locally and internationally.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review and audit amendments and service contract entries.</p><p>• Verify and update all data entries in the system to maintain compliance and precision.</p><p>• Identify and correct errors at various stages of review, including omissions of mandatory charges.</p><p>• Categorize and document all identified and corrected errors for reporting purposes.</p><p>• Address and escalate complex or unique customer issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and files related to contracts and export documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow processes.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, calculations, and correspondence.</p><p>• Perform scanning, typing, and other administrative tasks to support team operations.</p>
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and accurate data entry skills.<br>• Strong customer service abilities with excellent communication skills.<br>• Experience with email correspondence and precise document formatting.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and reporting.<br>• Ability to organize and maintain files systematically.<br>• Skilled in performing calculations and verifying data for accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with scanning and typing tasks in a meticulous setting.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
