In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of daily banking activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong cash handling and multitasking skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving banking-related concerns.<br>• Maintain and balance cash drawers to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.<br>• Assist customers with various banking services, such as account management and product offerings.<br>• Follow all security procedures to safeguard assets and ensure customer confidence.<br>• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Identify opportunities to recommend banking products and services that meet customer needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company standards during every transaction.<br>• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proven experience in cash handling and financial transactions.<br>• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.<br>• Familiarity with retail banking services and procedures.<br>• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Knowledge of banking regulations and security protocols.<br>• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.
