HR Coordinator
We are looking for a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team in Montpelier, Vermont. This position is 100% onsite and offers a Contract to permanent opportunity, providing an excellent pathway to long-term employment. As part of the healthcare industry, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing emails, assisting walk-ins, scanning documents, filing records, and creating employee badges.<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring prompt and clear communication.<br>• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information and performing daily tasks.<br>• Assist with HR-related functions such as onboarding and compliance, leveraging prior HR experience if applicable.<br>• Operate independently in a busy office environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.<br>• Ensure smooth coordination with team members and leadership to support ongoing HR initiatives.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with the HR team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
• Proven experience in administrative or HR-related roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and management.<br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.<br>• Proficiency in office technology, including email management and document scanning.<br>• Capacity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setting.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes, background checks, and HR compliance.<br>• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
