Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Monticello, Arkansas. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent for our manufacturing operations. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while managing the recruitment process from start to finish.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.<br>• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews and interviews.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process.<br>• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for high-volume hiring needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.<br>• Create and post job advertisements that align with organizational goals and attract suitable applicants.<br>• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring strategies.<br>• Foster relationships with external recruitment partners to expand sourcing capabilities.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.<br>• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and their functionality.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects effectively.<br>• Expertise in corporate recruiting practices within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.<br>• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.<br>• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations applicable to the hiring process.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
