Data Entry Clerk
Accurately input, update, and maintain high volumes of data in spreadsheets and databases Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validations, to organize and analyze information Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data, identifying and correcting errors as needed Serve as a primary contact for data-related inquiries from customers and team members, providing solutions in a courteous and detail oriented manner Generate and prepare regular reports to support business operations Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless information flow and resolve discrepancies Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive customer and company data
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
