They firmly believe that having a team of diverse backgrounds and voices, working together, increases our capacity to serve their visitors and fulfill their mission.MBA welcomes people from all backgrounds into their team and strongly encourage people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and people with disabilities to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Salesforce System Administrator </p><p><br></p><p><strong>This Salesforce Systems Administrator will be:</strong></p><p> – Overseeing Salesforce architecture, administration, and performance across Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, ensuring data governance, security, and scalability</p><p> – Designing custom objects, fields, and data flows aligned with IT policies and business needs</p><p> – Leading Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integrations with Marketing Cloud, Tableau, TicketSure, DocuSign, Stripe, Intacct, and custom APIs</p><p> – Building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) and backend APIs for membership, donation, and ticketing workflows</p><p> – Managing entity relationship diagrams, archival processes, and historical data migration, including legacy membership data</p><p> – Automating Marketing Cloud workflows, flows, and backend processes to improve efficiency</p><p> – Monitoring Salesforce performance, logs, scheduled jobs, and integrations, proactively resolving issues</p><p> – Conducting security audits, permission reviews, and compliance checks for backup and archival systems</p><p> – Leading change management, deployments, and updates using DevOps tools, change sets, and GitHub</p><p> – Staying current with Salesforce releases to ensure compatibility and smooth upgrades</p><p> – Partnering with the SI vendor for transition to internal ownership and stability</p><p> – Collaborating with teams across Guest Experience, Marketing, Membership, Finance, and Product to deliver integrated solutions</p><p> – Implementing and maintaining backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes</p><p> – Serving as a technical governance and systems optimization resource with potential growth into architecture or leadership roles</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Currently implementing Salesforce, this is a great opportunity to grow in to their Salesforce SME and have career growth path to an architect level role.</p>
<p><strong>Skills / Experience:</strong></p><p> – Expert-level Salesforce administration across Nonprofit Success Pack, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and custom APIs</p><p> – Required Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder</p><p> – Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, complex integrations, LWCs, APIs, and backend data flows</p><p> – Proven experience in legacy migration, data archival, and SQL-based data management</p><p> – Proficiency in Tableau dashboards and analytics supporting data-driven decisions</p><p> – Experience with TicketSure or similar membership/ticketing systems with bidirectional sync</p><p> – Strong analytical, data modeling, and process automation skills</p><p> – Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, ideally conservation, education, or public engagement</p><p> – Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams</p><p> – Comfortable with vendor transitions, knowledge transfer, and internal ownership</p><p> – Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools like GitHub Actions</p><p> – Strong focus on data governance, compliance, audit trails, and Salesforce security</p><p> – Demonstrates accountability, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving in ambiguous situations</p><p> – Understanding of agile methodology and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and engineers</p><p> – Preferred: experience with Craft CMS, Customer Data Cloud, Shopify, Google Analytics, and disaster recovery planning</p>
