Sales Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our team in Monterey, California. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment while ensuring the accuracy and organization of sales and customer data. The role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership teams to maintain data integrity and streamline processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Cleanse, reconcile, and maintain sales and customer data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.<br>• Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information within data records.<br>• Support data alignment efforts between sales, finance, and customer records.<br>• Assist in data entry, updates, and validation tasks for sales and operational teams.<br>• Generate basic reports and spreadsheets to monitor data accuracy and progress.<br>• Document processes, standards, and updates related to data management.<br>• Provide administrative support for sales operations, including organizing customer data and preparing reports.<br>• Execute ad hoc tasks related to data organization and reporting as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.<br>• Familiarity with systems such as Epicor, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.<br>• Clear and detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Previous experience in sales operations, data administration, or administrative support.<br>• Background in data reconciliation and familiarity with customer and sales lifecycle processes.
