Quality Assurance Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Monterey, California. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects in the communications industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in testing methodologies, software solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for web and mobile applications.<br>• Lead testing initiatives across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Zephyr Scale.<br>• Collaborate with engineers and solution architects to ensure seamless test execution and issue resolution.<br>• Design and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium and Python.<br>• Evaluate software quality and functionality, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.<br>• Manage test processes and documentation for large-scale enterprise projects.<br>• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on test results and system performance.<br>• Incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance testing efficiency.<br>• Advocate for quality assurance best practices across cross-disciplinary teams.<br>• Support continuous improvement efforts in testing processes and tools.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience as a test engineer and test lead on significant initiatives.<br>• Proven ability to design and code software solutions for web and mobile applications.<br>• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, and automation frameworks.<br>• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.<br>• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to work effectively with engineers and solution architects.<br>• Proficiency in using Selenium and Python for automated testing.<br>• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage testing efforts for complex, enterprise-level software projects.
