We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Moline, Illinois, and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions while leveraging modern technologies for web and cloud development.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, and SQL to meet project requirements.<br>• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data processing.<br>• Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver tailored software solutions.<br>• Utilize cloud services such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform for provisioning and configuration to support application deployment.<br>• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and debugging, adhering to development best practices.<br>• Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into ongoing projects to enhance performance and scalability.<br>• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry level developers to foster team growth.<br>• Monitor and improve application performance, addressing any issues proactively.<br>• Document technical processes and solutions to maintain clear communication across teams.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET.<br>• Proficiency in relational database design, data modeling, and SQL query optimization.<br>• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.<br>• Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings.<br>• Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern web development practices.<br>• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
