We are looking for a detail-oriented Requirements Analyst to join our team in Moline, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in gathering and analyzing requirements while driving small-scale projects to successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives within the financial services industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, collect, and analyze business requirements.<br>• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives.<br>• Lead and manage small-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.<br>• Document and maintain detailed records of requirements, processes, and project progress.<br>• Evaluate enterprise infrastructure needs and provide recommendations for enhancements.<br>• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.<br>• Monitor project milestones and address potential risks to ensure successful outcomes.<br>• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.<br>• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency.<br>• Support quality assurance efforts by validating requirements and ensuring project deliverables meet expectations.

• Proven experience in project management and requirements analysis.<br>• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.<br>• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and related processes.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams.<br>• Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and propose effective solutions.<br>• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and maintaining organized records.<br>• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
