<p>We are looking for a dedicated Mailroom Clerk to join our team in Missoula, Montana, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth mail operations by handling incoming deliveries, organizing mail distribution, and maintaining a well-functioning mailroom. If you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's operational success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Receive and sign for incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.</p><p>• Sort and distribute mail and packages to the correct departments or individuals.</p><p>• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom environment.</p><p>• Collaborate with the property manager to manage building access and utilize office keys as required.</p><p>• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and mail handling processes.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Experience in mailroom operations or general office administration.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.</p><p><br></p>
