Help Desk Analyst I
<p>We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.</li><li>Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT staff or vendors when necessary.</li><li>Document issues, solutions, and workarounds in the ticketing system.</li><li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning.</li><li>Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure user satisfaction.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
