<p>We are looking for a skilled procurement professional to support our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and evaluating commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and create meaningful efficiencies for a dynamic organization. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate contract pricing models and identify potential risks, providing clear summaries for non-legal stakeholders.</p><p>• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and vendor management teams to streamline contract workflows.</p><p>• Utilize contract lifecycle management tools, such as Coupa or similar platforms, to optimize operational efficiency.</p><p>• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records for all contractual agreements.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• 5+ years of experience in contract enablement, legal operations, procurement operations, vendor management, or sourcing support roles.</p><p>• Strong ability to interpret pricing models and contract terms while summarizing risks clearly for non-legal audiences.</p><p>• Proficiency in using contract lifecycle management tools, such as Coupa or equivalent systems.</p><p>• Solid understanding of contract administration and vendor management processes.</p>
