<p>We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves providing technical support and helping the IT team install a new image on computers to standardize configurations and improve system performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices to meet user needs.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.</p><p>• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, repairs, and installations for future reference.</p><p>• Assist with imaging and deploying systems using specialized tools and processes.</p><p>• Conduct routine updates and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.</p><p>• Adhere to organizational IT policies and security protocols during all technical operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with IT teams to support larger infrastructure initiatives and projects.</p><p>• Provide user support by addressing technical issues and offering effective solutions.</p><p>• Ensure proper setup and functionality of cables and hardware components.</p><p>• Work with both Dell and Apple devices to provide comprehensive technical assistance</p>

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.<br>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PC technician or technical support role.<br>• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, remote desktop applications, and ticketing systems.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to interact with users effectively.<br>• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.<br>• Hands-on expertise with hardware installations and cable setup.<br>• Experience in working with Dell and Apple technology products.
