Part- Time Front Desk Coordinator
<p>We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role will be onsite and scheduled Monday–Friday from 8:15 AM to 1:15 PM. This is a Contract to permanent position with opportunities for long-term growth. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and event attendees with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.</p><p>• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.</p><p>• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable.</p><p>• Coordinate with tenants and staff to address any facility-related needs or concerns.</p><p>• Schedule and oversee meeting room bookings, handling all logistical arrangements.</p><p>• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure adequate inventory.</p><p>• Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.</p><p>• Assist with basic tasks in Microsoft Office applications, such as creating reports or presentations.</p><p>• Handle occasional event-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations during scheduled activities.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall experience for tenants.</p>
• Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.<br>• A detail-oriented and welcoming attitude that fosters positive interactions.<br>• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining organized records.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling tools or software is a plus.<br>• Business casual dress code adherence is required for the role.
