Membership and Donor Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an organized and meticulous Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this part-time contract role, you will play a vital part in managing communications, donor relations, and administrative tasks essential to the success of our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various departments and support impactful initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process memberships and donations, ensuring accurate updates to the database and timely renewal communications.</p><p>• Generate regular donor communications, including thank-you notes, project updates, and event notifications.</p><p>• Assist in the creation and distribution of annual reports, ensuring high-quality and precise documentation.</p><p>• Develop and maintain mailing lists, process applications and payments, and prepare welcome packets and certificates.</p><p>• Schedule and facilitate monthly Membership Committee meetings via Zoom, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up.</p><p>• Provide support for the Annual Conference and assist with other departmental needs as required.</p><p>• Handle sensitive donor, member, and organizational information with utmost discretion, adhering to privacy laws and policies.</p><p>• Generate detailed membership and donor reports to support strategic planning and operational decisions.</p><p>• 20 hours/week of support </p>
<p>• High school diploma required; associate degree or some college coursework preferred.</p><p>• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in an office environment.</p><p>• Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably CharityProud), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Zoom.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</p><p>• Ability to interact effectively with team members and the general public.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p><p>• Familiarity with donor management and charity operations is a plus.</p><p>• Remote/Hybrid Experience </p>
