Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data, ensuring information is processed efficiently and securely. This position requires precision, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter and update data into systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Verify and review information to ensure data integrity and consistency.<br>• Collaborate with clients and team members to address data-related inquiries and issues.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance in data handling.<br>• Identify discrepancies in data and take corrective actions to resolve errors.<br>• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.<br>• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients to address their data needs and provide support.<br>• Adapt to new systems or processes as required to improve data entry efficiency.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.<br>• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.<br>• Familiarity with data integrity and security practices.<br>• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
