Coupa Administrator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Coupa Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will oversee the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Coupa platform, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and provide training to support long-term success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage day-to-day operations of the Coupa platform, ensuring smooth functionality and system integrity.</p><p>• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing configuration inquiries and resolving system issues.</p><p>• Optimize and maintain Coupa configurations, including workflows, approval chains, supplier data, and accounting structures.</p><p>• Oversee user onboarding processes, including access provisioning, training, and permissions setup.</p><p>• Monitor and enhance data quality across supplier records, catalogs, and accounting structures.</p><p>• Lead system change requests, including testing, validation, and implementation of updates.</p><p>• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, configurations, and best practices.</p><p>• Utilize Coupa dashboards and data extracts to support reporting and analytics initiatives.</p><p>• Mentor team members on Coupa administration to foster skill development and ensure knowledge transfer.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, and AP to align system capabilities with business needs.</p>
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Coupa administration or configuration roles.<br>• In-depth understanding of Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Order (P2O).<br>• Proven experience supporting Coupa in post-implementation environments or during hypercare phases.<br>• Strong knowledge of system configuration, workflows, user roles, and integration points.<br>• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong documentation and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br>• Experience conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer for non-technical users.<br>• Preferred qualifications include Coupa certifications and familiarity with integrations such as Workday.
