<p>Robert Half is seeking an Intake Specialist for a Law Firm Client. An Intake Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient onboarding of clients and facilitating the initial stages of case management. The individual in this position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring they receive a professional and empathetic experience while collecting essential information for case evaluation and progression.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Client Intake Management:</strong> Serve as the initial point of contact for new business inquiries, including handling phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.</li><li><strong>Information Gathering:</strong> Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant case details, client information, and documentation to support initial case evaluations.</li><li><strong>Initial Case Assessment:</strong> Work with attorneys or legal teams to assess incoming cases for viability, urgency, and scope, ensuring proper categorization and follow-up.</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Provide empathetic and professional support to clients, addressing their concerns, questions, and assisting in directing them to the appropriate representatives in the firm.</li><li><strong>Record Keeping:</strong> Accurately record and maintain detailed notes, client records, and documentation in the firm's case management software while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.</li><li><strong>Collaborative Support:</strong> Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless handoffs of case work and proper onboarding of new clients.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure alignment with legal regulations, ethical standards, and firm protocols throughout all intake and client communication procedures.</li></ol><p><br></p>
<ul><li>1-3 years in customer service, legal assistance, or intake-related roles.</li><li>Previous experience in a legal or professional service environment is a plus.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency.</li><li>Comfort with handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.</li><li>Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems (e.g., Clio or PracticePanther) is advantageous.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
