Sr. SAP Analyst
<p>As a key member of the SAP Competency Center, you’ll serve as the technical expert supporting and enhancing the organization’s SAP Core Model. You’ll work closely with business leaders and end-users to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure the system supports evolving business needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide SAP system support and resolve user issues</li><li>Manage service tickets and communicate resolution status</li><li>Deliver training on SAP functions and internal standards</li><li>Maintain and improve master data quality</li><li>Manage user roles and authorizations</li><li>Keep documentation and user manuals current</li><li>Support system upgrades, module rollouts, and integrations</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Cross-train with other SAP analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>3+ years of hands-on SAP experience, particularly with Financial and Controlling (FICO) modules</li><li>Experience supporting a manufacturing environment</li><li>Willingness to travel 20–25% domestically and internationally</li><li>Familiarity with SAP integration tools, third-party interfaces, and EDI</li><li>Experience with Material Master (MM) and procurement processes</li></ul><p><br></p>
