<p>Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – onsite presence required)</p><p>Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)</p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in the execution of projects focused on remediating on‑market products to global State of the Art standards. This role applies project management best practices to drive quality, regulatory compliance, and on‑time delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex deliverables, and navigate regulated environments while ensuring business objectives are met.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Duties & Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead small‑to‑medium‑scale projects with direct impact on business plans and product performance</li><li>Establish and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including globally distributed resources</li><li>Drive sustainment and remediation initiatives to ensure products meet global State of the Art standards</li><li>Collaborate with functional leaders, project managers, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables in alignment with established processes</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing:</li><li>Resource allocation</li><li>Schedule and milestone tracking</li><li>Change control processes</li><li>Testing, documentation, and training</li><li>On‑time, on‑budget delivery</li><li>Assign tasks, roles, and accountability to meet project and product objectives</li><li>Achieve quality, time‑to‑market, and cost targets for assigned projects</li><li>Manage labor, expenses, and capital expenditures within approved budgets</li><li>Monitor project status and commitments, applying appropriate change management techniques</li><li>Develop and maintain RACI charts, project metrics, and status reporting</li><li>Manage vendor partners and provide clear project updates to senior leadership</li></ul>

<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>5–7 years of professional project management experience</li><li>Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, cross‑functional project teams</li><li>Strong project management skills, including:</li><li>Scheduling and planning</li><li>Resource allocation</li><li>Risk management</li><li>Budget and financial oversight</li><li>Partner and vendor management</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline</li><li>Applied knowledge of EU MDR and other international medical device regulations</li><li>Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li></ul><p><br></p>
