Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage payroll processes for a mid-sized workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multi-state operations. Your expertise in payroll systems and regulations will be essential to maintaining efficient and timely payroll operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and execute full-cycle payroll processes for a workforce of 101-500 employees.<br>• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements.<br>• Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom to process and manage payroll operations.<br>• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and address any issues promptly.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records, including wage and tax information.<br>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.<br>• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and ensure accuracy.<br>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.<br>• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.<br>• Support audits and provide documentation related to payroll processes.
• Proven experience with full-cycle payroll management.<br>• Familiarity with multi-state payroll and tax regulations.<br>• Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paycom.<br>• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage payroll for a mid-sized workforce (101-500 employees).<br>• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and reporting standards.<br>• Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees and departments.<br>• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
