<p>We’re partnering with a top Milwaukee-based firm to find a skilled Litigation Paralegal. This role supports a team of attorneys, primarily focused on litigation and workers’ compensation matters. The firm is known for its strong reputation and collaborative, welcoming environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Conduct formal and informal discovery, including locating witnesses, interviewing individuals, and preparing medical chronologies.</p><p>• Gather, organize, and analyze medical, employment, and academic records relevant to legal cases.</p><p>• Communicate with clients to gather critical information about discovery responses and accident details.</p><p>• Draft preliminary responses to discovery requests, such as interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.</p><p>• Maintain and manage a calendar system to track discovery deadlines and client response timelines.</p><p>• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, mediations, arbitrations, and other significant legal events.</p><p>• Coordinate independent medical examinations and compile necessary documentation for expert review.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation and workers' compensation.</p><p>• Knowledge of medical records and their relevance in legal cases.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a direct-hire role that offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and benefits.
