<p>We are looking for a skilled Azure Network Engineer to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. This position requires a balanced focus on networking and systems, with an emphasis on ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across various platforms.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide operational support for network infrastructure, including both on-premises systems and Azure-based environments.</p><p>• Manage and optimize Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute.</p><p>• Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.</p><p>• Configure and deploy network hardware, as well as cloud networking tools, to meet organizational needs.</p><p>• Ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud platforms, adhering to best practices and security standards.</p><p>• Document network architecture and processes, while identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.</p><p>• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain and enhance network performance and security.</p><p>• Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and changes to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.</p><p>• Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to support team development and operational excellence.</p>

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Engineer or similar role.<br>• Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.<br>• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper hardware, as well as routers, switches, and firewalls.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Azure networking, including VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute.<br>• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, as well as Pure Storage and Windows/Linux environments.<br>• Experience with security tools like SentinelOne and remote access solutions such as Ivanti.<br>• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools, including Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and Wireshark.<br>• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or ARM templates is a plus.
