Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-Permanent position focuses on processing customized orders while delivering exceptional service to our clients. The role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every interaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Address incoming customer inquiries with attention to detail and provide accurate information to meet their needs.<br>• Process customized customer orders with a focus on precision and detail, handling approximately 20 orders daily.<br>• Conduct thorough reviews of all orders to ensure accuracy, adherence to customization requirements, and compliance with company standards.<br>• Implement quality checks throughout the order processing cycle to uphold high standards and minimize errors.<br>• Collaborate closely with a small, three-member Customer Service team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order processing activities for proper documentation.<br>• Proactively identify potential issues in order processing and work to resolve them effectively.<br>• Uphold organizational policies and service standards in every customer interaction.<br>• Participate in annual performance reviews and take advantage of skill development opportunities to enhance career growth.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in order processing or a related field.<br>• Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough reviews of customer orders.<br>• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards and continuous improvement.
