We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting sales and purchasing activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both team and customer success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.<br>• Generate leads to support the outside sales team and drive business growth.<br>• Prepare and issue purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Manage data entry tasks efficiently to maintain accurate records.<br>• Coordinate product deliveries with the appropriate teams to ensure timely execution.<br>• Handle invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in documentation.<br>• Verify product specifications to guarantee proper delivery to customers.<br>• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.<br>• Develop bids and proposals that align with customer requirements.<br>• Create impactful presentations to support sales initiatives.

• Proven experience in purchasing functions and related activities.<br>• Proficiency in preparing and managing purchase orders.<br>• Familiarity with merchant services and inventory management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to create detailed bids, proposals, and presentations.<br>• Capable of coordinating product deliveries effectively.<br>• Previous experience in sales support or similar roles is preferred.
