HR Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join an artificial lift company located in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support to the VP of HR while assisting with various human resources tasks. This is a Contract to permanent position with a Monday-Friday schedule.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist with the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.<br>• Coordinate new employee setup, including system access and required documentation.<br>• Collaborate with Operations Managers to address and support employee relations matters.<br>• Track and manage employee expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.<br>• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR information and records.<br>• Provide administrative support for HR functions, including data entry and file management.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure HR processes are streamlined and efficient.
• Previous experience in administrative or HR-related roles.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.<br>• Experience with onboarding and employee orientation processes.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Bilingual candidates are preferred, though not required.<br>• Familiarity with employee relations and HR processes is a plus.
