We are looking for a dedicated Associate to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in client relations, vendor coordination, and technical problem-solving.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.<br>• Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates tailored to client needs.<br>• Conduct meetings with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.<br>• Manage inventory by ordering parts and materials as needed to maintain project timelines.<br>• Analyze costs and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.<br>• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.<br>• Utilize advanced computer skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Apply knowledge of construction practices to improve project outcomes when applicable.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.<br>• Strong background in civil litigation, including drafting motions and handling depositions.<br>• Licensed attorney with expertise in civil litigation procedures.<br>• Excellent computer proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.<br>• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Prior experience in the construction industry is considered a significant advantage.
