Human Resources (HR) Manager
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Shelburne, Vermont. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR systems, administering employee benefits, and overseeing leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization’s strategic goals and enhance the overall employee experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and optimize the organization’s HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics.</p><p>• Administer employee leave programs, including disability support, ensuring compliance with federal and Vermont-specific regulations.</p><p>• Oversee employee benefits processes such as enrollment, renewals, and maintaining vendor relationships.</p><p>• Drive process improvements within HR systems, benefits administration, and leave management.</p><p>• Create and deliver HR-related reports and metrics to assist senior leadership in making informed strategic decisions.</p><p>• Stay informed of HR best practices and employment laws, particularly those relevant to Vermont.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and employee relations.</p><p>• Ensure clear communication of benefits and leave policies to employees to promote understanding and engagement.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, including benefits administration and HRIS expertise.<br>• Proficiency in managing HR information systems and generating data reports.<br>• Solid knowledge of leave program administration and compliance with employment laws.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders.<br>• Analytical mindset with proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.<br>• Experience in employee relations and onboarding processes.<br>• Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality HR services.
