Project Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a detail‑oriented project coordinator to oversee the review, tracking, and coordination of technical documentation used to support project workflows. This is a contract role (4-6 months) that focuses on ensuring that submitted materials are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements before approval or implementation. The ideal candidate excels in document-heavy environments, maintains strong organizational control, and communicates clearly with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Documentation Review</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate submitted materials for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with stated project requirements.</li><li>Confirm that documents include all necessary technical or supporting information before routing for further review.</li><li>Identify discrepancies, omissions, or inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with the appropriate parties.</li></ul><p><strong>Workflow & Tracking Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the intake, routing, tracking, and archiving of documentation using digital platforms or project management systems.</li><li>Maintain updated logs and status reports to support project visibility and timely decision-making.</li><li>Monitor deadlines and follow up as needed to maintain project momentum.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a central communication point for internal teams and external partners regarding document status, required revisions, and next steps.</li><li>Prepare, format, and distribute review responses according to established processes.</li><li>Support smooth collaboration by ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely communication.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality & Compliance Support</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure documentation meets established administrative, procedural, or quality-related guidelines.</li><li>Maintain consistent filing standards and a clear audit trail for project records.</li><li>Support overall project compliance through structured document control and accurate recordkeeping.</li></ul>
