Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a 100% onsite Contract-to-Direct position where you will play a key role in managing payroll processes and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling payroll for large organizations and collaborating with vendors to deliver seamless results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.<br>• Validate payroll data and entries, ensuring compliance and resolving any discrepancies.<br>• Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors to maintain effective communication and problem-solving.<br>• Address employee inquiries related to payroll, including rejections and W-2 forms.<br>• Manage bonus payouts and ensure proper calculation and distribution.<br>• Utilize systems such as Workday (preferred) and ADP Workforce Now to facilitate payroll operations.<br>• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and company policies.<br>• Assist with payroll processing for over 500 employees.<br>• Provide expertise in full-cycle payroll processes to support organizational goals.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.<br>• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll processes.<br>• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Ability to manage payroll for large-scale organizations with over 500 employees.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br>• Preferred experience with Workday systems.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
