Provide resources to assist individuals and departments to define and document key processes and work instructions.<br>Review the process audit schedule and perform process audits based on review schedule.<br>Review the key quality metrics and identify trends and out of control variables.<br>Communicate quality deficiencies to the individual that is responsible for correcting the deficiency.<br>Review Batch Records and ensure completion and accuracy.<br>Perform initial investigation on corrective action requests.<br>Respond to quality issues and develop a reaction plan to the incident.<br>Communicate the status of active projects weekly with all appropriate personnel affected.<br>Manage internal and external reject areas.<br>Inspect non-conforming material with responsible team and determine disposition.<br>Perform customer and supplier quality audits.<br>Maintain regulatory compliance agreements and standards.<br>Hold weekly meetings to provide directions and resources needed.<br>Lead, coach, and mentor teams to ensure success of Quality Policy and system.<br>Follow-up with action items from projects to ensure completion of necessary tasks.
