<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Proven experience developing and supporting ERP and/or CRM systems; expertise with platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Strong programming and software development skills (e.g., C#, Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, or relevant ERP/CRM-specific languages) (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Experience with business process optimization, data analytics, and integration of automation tools (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Knowledge of system integration methods, data migration, and cloud technologies (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and version control tools is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p>
