<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field (Based on general knowledge).</li><li>Proven experience managing ERP integration projects, preferably with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or Workday (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Strong understanding of business process optimization, data analytics, and enterprise system management (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration of AI/automation tools (Source: 2025 Tech Report.docx).</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills (Based on general knowledge).</li><li>Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus (Based on general knowledge).</li></ul><p><br></p>
