• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office applications. • Familiarity with billing functions, accounts receivable, and medical coverage processes. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle, and order entry principles. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of quality standards and phone etiquette in an environment that values precision and thoroughness. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
