In this role, you will assist with essential tasks related to mortgage loan servicing and ensure smooth operations. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the mortgage industry.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Review loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p><p>• Verify customer details and payment information with precision.</p><p>• Perform administrative tasks to support loan servicing operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to maintain compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Address inquiries and provide support to customers regarding loan servicing.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze relevant data.</p><p>• Assist in tracking and documenting loan servicing activities.</p><p>• Ensure timely processing and updates of loan-related information.</p>

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data management skills.<br>• Previous experience in mortgage loan servicing or a related field.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Familiarity with administrative procedures and financial documentation.<br>• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
