HR Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will handle a wide range of human resources tasks, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee support, and HR administration. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage incoming mail and deliveries, including collecting packages from designated locations.</li><li>Conduct employee orientation sessions in English and Spanish and ensure necessary materials and supplies are prepared.</li><li>Handle I-9 verifications for new team members and reverifications for current employees.</li><li>Provide translation support to managers, supervisors, and team members as needed.</li><li>Assist employees with inquiries related to pay stubs, vacation days, system access, and resolving system issues.</li><li>Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling drug tests and preparing documentation for new team members.</li><li>Maintain communication with staffing agencies to ensure staffing needs are met.</li><li>Input new employee information into HR systems and process employment verifications for multiple locations.</li><li>Attend HR meetings to stay updated on policies and plant operations and relay relevant information to the team.</li><li>Review and correct contractor timecards and invoices to support payroll accuracy</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for conducting orientations and translations.</li><li>Experience in onboarding and new employee orientation processes.</li><li>Proficiency in HR administration tasks, including maintaining records and compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll platforms such as ADP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and related procedures.</li><li>Ability to assist with employee relations and resolve workplace inquiries.</li><li>Skilled in managing timekeeping systems and ensuring accuracy in payroll.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple HR functions effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p>
